Shipping Policy

Please allow 1 - 3 business days of processing and production time for your order to ship out. 

• Average transit times to the United Kingdom : 5 - 20 Business days (usually 10 business days)
• Average transit times to International: 5 - 20 Business days (usually 10 business days)

There are circumstances that are out of control (natural disasters, holidays, weather, etc) that may cause shipping postponements. While most packages will arrive on time, there may be circumstances and delays that our carriers may experience. For this reason, we do not guarantee the exact delivery time; the delivery issue is the responsibility of the shipping company.

You can track the status of your order in real time by entering your order information on the Track Your Order page. 

After an order has been placed, it is sent as soon as possible to one of our 2 execution centers, where your item will be posted within 1-3 business days. 

You can contact us during the first 24 hours for a full refund without question. Below are the delivery times depending on your location.

Simply choose your items from the drop-down menu on the product page and click the “Add to Cart” button, then follow the steps to complete your order. We will prepare it and send you a confirmation email when your package is on the way!

We accept Visa and Mastercard credit cards. You can also pay by Paypal.

For payment with an Aurore card, Credit Card, Maestro and other debit card must be made through PayPal even if you do not have an account.

To do this, simply select "Buy with PayPal" on the shopping cart page. You can then select "Pay by credit card or Visa debit card" on the next page.Then you enter your country, and in the type of card, you can select Maestro, Aurore and even Bank Card :)
